Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Senior Principal Factory Interface & Test Solutions Lead for on-site work with 10+ years in hardware engineering. You will be the primary liaison between Test Solutions and the factory, aligning engineering deliverables with factory needs and priorities.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive strategic factory planning, and advocate for factory priorities across reviews, while maintaining clearance eligibility for U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Ten+ years of leadership experience overseeing mid-to large-scale technical teams and projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen communication between Test Solutions and factory operations.
• Direct factory concerns to the right technical teams to speed issue resolution.
• Shape Test Solutions plans with factory feedback and needs.
• Support predictable factory/test performance through aligned processes.
• Lead capital proposals and TE development; ensure factory readiness during deployment.
