Job summary

Annapurna IT in New York is seeking a Senior Agent Architect to design and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures for enterprise environments.

You will shape reliable, scalable solutions by integrating with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems and contact centre platforms, and by driving robust testing and documentation.

Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales and customer teams to deliver deployments and to develop best practices for the Agent Architect team.

Responsibilities

• Solution & Systems Architecture: Design end-to-end architectures for AI agent deployments, mapping how the platform connects with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems and contact centre solutions.
• Enterprise Integrations & APIs: Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, applying systems thinking to orchestrate complex, multi-system data flows.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Partner closely with forward deployed engineers on custom integration scenarios that go beyond standard capabilities.
• Testing & Reliability: Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration robustness and AI agent performance under real-world conditions.
• LLM & Prompt Design: Use knowledge of LLM internals (e.g. embeddings) to translate customer requirements into prompts and conversational behaviours that are reliable and user-aligned.
• Conversational Workflow Design: Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that AI agents can execute consistently.
• Voice & Output Tuning: Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, lexicons, regex) to align with customer brand standards.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Work across Product, Solution Engineering, Sales and customer teams to remove blockers and ensure successful deployments.
• Documentation & Thought Leadership: Create best practices and how-to guides that represent the expertise of our client’s Agent Architect team.
