Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager Zuora Solution Architect to guide clients in optimizing operational efficiency through Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. In our Finance practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, coach teams, and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Zuora applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver quality results
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to enhance service delivery
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
• Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
