Job summary

Confidential Enterprise Client in Dallas seeks a Senior Zscaler Engineer to own end-to-end design, configuration, and administration of ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX in a multi-platform security environment.

You’ll implement security and traffic policies, lead disaster recovery planning, and act as the senior technical point of contact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders while coordinating with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infra teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience.
• Strong experience across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.
• Current Zscaler certification.
• Excellent communication with clients.
• Willingness to cover Eastern and Central US time zones.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design, configuration, and administration of Zscaler environments.
• Define and maintain security, access, and traffic policies.
• Disaster recovery for ZIA and ZPA with proactive risk identification.
• Serve as senior technical point of contact for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
