Job summary

A community organization for youth is seeking a Sr. Group Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff and programs, and foster positive relationships with members and families. This role requires at least one to three years of experience working with school-aged youth, strong planning skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and address issues. Qualifications

• Minimum of one to three years' experience with school-aged youth.
• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to be active for a minimum of five hours each day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Build relationships with youth and families.
