Sdyouth is seeking a Sr. Group Leader in San Diego, CA to assist the Branch Manager with daily operational responsibilities. This role includes supervising staff, implementing programs, and fostering relationships with youth and families. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma or GED along with some college experience and experience working with school-aged youth. The position offers a part-time schedule with a salary of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED required with some college experience.
• Minimum of one (1-3) year experience working directly with school-aged youth is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations including supervision of staff.
• Coordinate assigned program services and learning activities for youth.
• Cultivate positive relationships with members and their families.
