Job Description

A Senior Counselor is a compassionate and patient human services professional with a passion for the mental health field. They conduct themselves professionally and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Senior Counselor, you will be a key team member involved in developing individualized service plans for children and youth with serious emotional disturbances enrolled in the program. You will plan, implement, and document direct services to improve their functioning and quality of life, supporting reunification. You will employ strengths-based, trauma-informed practices to support youth and families, serving as a model for other staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• Valid driver's license meeting insurability guidelines for operating agency vehicles
