We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the role of Growth Specialist & Partner – Recreational Sports / Youth Sports Training Venture. In this role, you will collaborate with sports organizations and leaders in the recreational and youth sports space to build strong, effective teams, improve training methodologies, and implement forward-thinking strategies that elevate athletic performance. Your Opportunity to Lead Growth in Youth Sports Training

This leadership role is ideal for individuals who are committed to enhancing youth sports programs and helping young athletes succeed. You will engage with sports organizations, coaches, and community stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and implementing innovative programs that drive long-term success. While primarily remote, you will engage in virtual coaching and occasional site visits to ensure best practices are implemented and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sports Development: Design and implement innovative training strategies to enhance youth athletic performance, team engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Work closely with sports program leaders and coaches to provide guidance on leadership, team development, and coaching techniques to elevate youth sports programs.
  • Training & Facilitation: Develop and lead virtual and in-person training sessions for coaches, staff, and young athletes to foster growth, skill development, and teamwork.
  • Collaborative Support: Build strong relationships with sports organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in youth sports.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Leverage data and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, refine coaching methodologies, and improve athletic outcomes for youth participants.
