Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) at San Pasqual Academy in Escondido, CA. The role oversees clinical operations for two short-term residential programs and partners with program staff to deliver consistent, high-quality mental health care.

The position requires licensure, five years of clinical/admin residential experience, and completion of supervision training. A 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday schedule is provided along with a competitive salary and

Qualifications

Must hold a state license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test required.
Residential experience with supervision training requirements and ability to manage multiple people/projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations for two short-term residential programs and collaborate with Program Administrators and Direct Care Staff.
Supervise clinical team and coordinate care with psychiatrists and contracted specialists to ensure coordinated care for residents.
Maintain consistent implementation of therapeutic approaches across programs and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
