Senior Year-End Business Analyst (Remote)

About the Role

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and handling disclosures with year-end statements. Responsibilities include ensuring QC and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and IRS reporting. The role also involves assisting with year-end communications to clients, internal teams, and customers, as well as processing and QC of MSP purge processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with year-end communications and MSP purge processes.
• Conduct business process evaluations by interviewing internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify problems, define requirements, research solutions, negotiate resources, develop and test solutions, and implement processes.
• Analyze data, create reports, and identify trends to inform management.
• Troubleshoot issues within applications and functional areas.
• Provide input to department processes and influence improvements.
• Negotiate and gain consensus across teams.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and monitor project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing year-end data files and reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Business acumen and understanding of business operations.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually.
