What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to evaluate and document business processes
- Analyze complex business processes and break them down into manageable segments for effective communication
- Guide businesses in process improvements and software enhancements through data analysis
- Collaborate with the Solutions Analyst and Development Team on solution design and implementation
- Manage project execution for new Salesforce deployments, including scheduling and task assignments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Over five years of experience as an IT business analyst
- Over five years of sales, commercial, or business experience
- Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis and business process modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish relationships with internal stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience in an Agile Project Management environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of e-Commerce and self-service solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote / Revenue Cloud
