Job summary

RSM US LLP is hiring a Yardi Associate in Houston to design, implement, and optimize Yardi Commercial Suite solutions for real estate owners, operators, developers, and managers. You will work with client stakeholders to improve efficiency, reporting, controls, and technology enablement across multiple Yardi modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Yardi implementation, optimization, or administration experience.
• Experience with Yardi Commercial, Construction Manager, Job Cost, PayScan, and Fixed Assets.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate accounting, lease administration, construction accounting, or development operations.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, or module deployments.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and translating business needs into system configuration and process design.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yardi Commercial Management implementations and optimization initiatives.
• Configure properties, leases, tenants, budgets, and workflows within Yardi.
• Support CAM reconciliations, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering and design for Yardi Construction Manager and Job Cost.
• Configure cost codes, budgets, contracts, forecasts, and draws.
• Implement PayScan invoices and procurement controls.
• Configure Fixed Assets functionality and asset lifecycle processes.
• Lead discovery sessions, prepare documentation, and train clients.
• Provide data migration, validation, and reporting enhancements with Power BI.
