Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Yardi Supervisor in Boston to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Yardi Commercial Suite solutions for real estate clients. You will coordinate across Leasing, Construction, PayScan, and Fixed Assets modules and mentor team members while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Yardi experience, strong CRE accounting knowledge, and experience in workshops and requirements sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Yardi implementation, optimization, or administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Yardi Commercial, Construction Manager, Job Cost, PayScan, and Fixed Assets.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate accounting, lease administration, construction accounting, and development operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design meetings.
• Prepare process documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and executive-level status reporting.
