Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Yardi experience in multifamily housing, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical teams. A corporate office setting with on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafé.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with corporate and on-site teams and explain technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Yardi data accuracy and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate system updates and enhancements with IT.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and employee training.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system efficiency.
