ManpowerGroup's client, a leader in virtual vehicle development, is seeking a Senior xIL Framework Simulation Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI onsite. You will architect and lead scalable xIL frameworks (SiL/HiL/ViL) and drive toolchain integration.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 4+ years in xIL, MiL/SiL/HiL, CAN/Ethernet/LIN, and CI/CD. You will partner with global teams to standardize high-fidelity capabilities and enable enterprise rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 4+ years in xIL frameworks and virtual validation (MiL/SiL/HiL).
• Strong knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, LIN and rest bus concepts.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead scalable xIL frameworks (SiL/HiL/ViL).
• Drive integration and industrialization of the xIL tool ecosystem.
• Define and standardize rest bus environments for CAN/Ethernet/LIN/FlexRay.
• Establish CI/CD strategies for scalable simulation and testing.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive enterprise rollout and training.
