Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior xIL Framework Simulation Engineer for a client in Auburn Hills, MI. The role leads scalable xIL frameworks (SiL/HiL/ViL) and drives the tool ecosystem across global teams, emphasizing modular, reusable architectures for high-fidelity validation.

You will define rest-bus environments (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay), set up CI/CD for simulation and testing, and collaborate with plant modeling and vECU groups to enable enterprise rollout and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in xIL frameworks and MiL/SiL/HiL.
• Strong CAN, Ethernet, LIN and rest bus simulation knowledge.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD environments.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead scalable xIL frameworks (SiL/HiL/ViL).
• Drive integration and industrialization of the xIL tool ecosystem.
• Define rest bus simulation environments for CAN, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay.
• Establish CI/CD integration strategies for simulation and testing.
• Partner with global stakeholders for enterprise rollout and training.
