Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Hybrid Electric Vehicle Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for EVCU functions across dyno, mule vehicle, and production stages of next-gen xHEV propulsion systems. You will document changes, justify decisions, and present to senior management.

You will collaborate with Center of Excellence teams, review software changes, coordinate merges, and own production release for EVCU SW and calibrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree.
Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

System and Cross Feature Calibration and Validation – drive modes, SOC management, range estimation, EOL, HMI.
First-run support for HIL, Dyno and vehicle properties.
Lead validation of PCR packages identifying HW/SW/Calibration deficiencies before hard release.
FE/Emissions support – dyno support, data review, issue/vehicle triage.
Lead development trips to support development and meet program milestones.
Data summaries from trips, daily drives and fleet to support calibration maturity.
