Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a highly motivated Calibration System Integration Lead to coordinate development and verification of powercube calibration releases across electrified powertrains. You will drive calibration maturity, arbitrate tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional teams to meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.

You will own propulsion system calibration execution, manage release readiness, and represent PCAL in management forums while optimizing resources and validating

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in powertrain systems engineering including at least one complete program development/launch cycle
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, controls, and software development processes
• Experience in calibration tool suites (ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Canalyzer)
• Experience with HIL and dyno testing platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and root cause identification using functional models
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team

Responsibilities

• PCAL Single System Owner for Propulsion System Calibration Execution including schedule management
• Ensure system-level feature and calibration delivery (NVH, FE, Performance, efficiency, drivability)
• Lead calibration release maturity & safety release readiness
• Coordinate releases with various modules and lead issue resolution from triage to permanent resolution
• Represent PCAL in program & management forums and synthesize system status
• Plan and optimize PRS resources (system HIL, dyno, vehicles) and manage vehicle usage
• Coordinate SW validation & PVPC/SWX interfaces and test campaigns
• Lead running change documentation to closure and aftermarket quality issue resolution
