Job summary
JSMM INC is seeking a Xactimate Estimator & Restoration Project Manager for Highland Park, IL. You will lead restoration estimates and projects from initial inspection to final handover, working directly with insurance carriers to ensure accurate scopes and timely completion.
The role requires 5+ years with Xactimate, strong leadership in restoration, and knowledge of residential/commercial building codes. Valid driver's license is required; a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years using Xactimate software.
- Leadership in construction management/restoration.
- Experience with insurance restoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial codes and materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate.
- Manage restoration projects from site inspection to completion.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, carriers, subs, and clients.
- Document damages to verify scopes.
- Schedule materials, crews, and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets, change orders and profitability.
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality.
