Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in restoration/construction
• Knowledge of Xactimate software
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Willing to undergo a background check

Responsibilities

• Estimate residential and commercial restoration projects using Xactimate
• Manage reconstruction projects up to $1 million annually
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance settlements
• Follow up on estimates to secure sales
• Plan and supervise crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate design, permits, and submittals
• Maintain client relationships and handle monthly expense reports
• Participate in company meetings and trainings
• Be on call during rotation
