Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center's clinical activities, patient assessments, and care planning. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet objectives and improve healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs and support staff, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives while coordinating with hospital leadership and other providers.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• AT LEAST ADN; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required; supervisory exp preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of Wound Care Center.
• Assess patients and plan care and education.
• Oversee RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Technicians.
• Ensure HIPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics compliance.
• Engage in staff development and provide orientation.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate vein clinic services and participate in Vein Care if offered.
• Achieve quality indicators for the Wound Care Center.
• May serve as scribe per policy.
• Perform hyperbaric safety director duties as trained.
