Vickers Design Group, a full-service design and architecture firm, currently seeks a Senior Interior Designer for our West Palm Beach, FL office. This full-time salaried position focuses on workplace and retail environments, leading projects from concept to construction.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of interior design experience, a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, and strong Revit proficiency, with the ability to mentor junior staff and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficient in Revit and related design software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through construction for workplace and retail spaces.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure designs meet local codes and permitting requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Develop drawings and production documents for projects.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with invoicing.
• Represent the firm at industry events to network and market services.
