Vickers Design Group, a renowned full-service design and architecture firm, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for their West Palm Beach, FL office. This full-time salaried role focuses on workplace and retail environments, leading projects from concept through construction while collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has strong project leadership, mentoring capabilities, and established connections in the West Palm Beach design

Qualifications

• Focused experience in Workplace Design and Retail Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in interior design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage design process from concept to construction on several interior design projects running concurrently.
• Interface directly with clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Research code regulations to ensure layouts meet local jurisdictional requirements.
• Understand and navigate local permitting requirements to support project planning and execution.
• Mentor and guide team members and manage daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Create and strengthen connections with new and existing clients.
• Lead production of drawings and oversee project invoicing.
