Job summary

PDR - Planning, Design, Research is seeking a Senior Project Designer to lead design concepts and oversee all phases from programming to construction documents for workplace interiors. You will collaborate with partners, project managers, and architects to define scope, budget, and schedule while guiding a team to deliver thoughtful experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA or NCARB accredited school.
• Minimum 10+ years post-graduate experience, at least 5 in workplace interiors.
• Proven ability to convey design concepts internally and to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design concept with client collaboration and develop material palettes that reflect the client’s goals.
• Oversee schematic design, design development, and construction documents; manage tasks to meet deliverables.
• Mentor team members, participate in industry events, and contribute to design excellence within the firm.
