Job summary

Baskervill & Son PC is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join its Workplace Studio in Richmond, VA. You will lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration, collaborating with teams and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s in interior design from a CIDA-accredited program, 8+ years of experience, NCIDQ preferred, and strong Revit skills; proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and Office 365 is a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program.
8+ years of professional interior design experience.
NCIDQ certification preferred.
Proficiency in Revit.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and Office 365.

Responsibilities

Design and production of interior design projects from concept through construction administration using Revit.
Mentor and resource junior staff, maintaining design intent and technical quality.
Serve as primary client contact on small to mid-sized projects and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate activities with consultants, in-house engineers, and team members for successful delivery.
Participate in all design phases from programming through construction administration.
Demonstrate proactive growth and development.
