Job summary

The role focuses on managing workplace and tenant improvement projects from planning through occupancy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, project management, or owner’s representation.
• Significant experience with corporate workplace, tenant improvement, or office renovation projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client liaison and coordinate project teams through planning, design, construction, and occupancy.
• Lead workplace, tenant improvement, office renovation, relocation, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within a complex corporate workplace environment.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, schedules, reporting tools, and project controls.
• Support contract development, review, negotiation, and administration for project-related agreements.
• Develop risk assessments, track action items, and ensure alignment with client goals and standards.
