Qualifications

• Experience in real estate development, construction management, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead planning, design, construction, and activation activities for hospitality developments and capital projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of development and construction.
• Guide projects through master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, design, and occupancy planning.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools.
• Analyze development budgets, operating assumptions, cash flows, and metrics for client decisions.
• Provide strategic oversight of project controls, risk management, and execution processes.
• Coordinate design, construction, and consultant procurement activities.
• Facilitate communication among owners, operators, architects, engineers, contractors, and agencies.
• Review documentation and oversee sequencing and implementation strategies.
• Support contract negotiation and management activities.
• Monitor performance to ensure alignment with client objectives and quality standards.
• Lead project closeout and transition planning.
