Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations required within corporate timelines.
• Series 9/10 license acceptable in lieu of the 24 license.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• 3–5 years of relatable sales experience in financial services.
• Proven success in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead high performing, senior level teams to achieve customer deepening goals and expert knowledge of plan rules and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals supporting new initiatives and products.
• Achieve targets across asset retention, investment/retail and plan assets.
• Manage headcount targets across segment and collaborate with other segment managers to meet staffing goals.
• Drive retention across outbound campaigns and ensure customer experience meets high standards.
• Monitor segment level service metrics and maintain low abandoned rates while ensuring high call quality.
• Promote adoption of new products, services, and tools across associates and partners.
• Coach and drive performance through feedback and development plans.
