Job summary

Empower seeks a Senior Manager, Workplace Planning and Advice to lead a team focused on Large, Mega, and Not-For-Profit employer-sponsored plans. You will guide consultants, drive productivity, and oversee asset retention and participant guidance across plan investments.

The role requires FINRA registrations, sales leadership experience in financial services, and strong communication and coaching skills in a dynamic environment. Remote/hybrid work details and benefits are provided by Empower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations required within corporate timelines.
• Series 9/10 license acceptable in lieu of FINRA 24.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high performing senior-level teams to achieve customer deepening goals and expert knowledge of plan rules.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and drive adoption of new products.
• Achieve targets across asset retention and plan assets.
• Manage headcount and staffing goals and ensure promotions and transitions meet department goals.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and maintain service levels.
