Job summary

KLA is seeking a Sr. Workplace Operations Administrator to coordinate and support Global Workplace Services activities across U.S. sites, with emphasis on documentation, systems administration, supplier coordination, and financial processes.

This Individual Contributor role works closely with GWS leadership and facilities managers to enable efficient, safe, and productive work environments. Responsibilities span workplace operations, supplier relations, technology data administration and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting workplace operations, facilities administration, office services or related functions.
• Experience using workplace management systems or operational reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication and documentation management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of workplace services across U.S. locations.
• Assist with workplace moves, onboarding, changes and readiness efforts.
• Coordinate with employees, partners, landlords, service providers and GWS leadership.
• Track service requests and maintain records of activities.
• Prepare supplier performance reports, KPI summaries, and SLA tracking documents.
• Maintain IWMS/CMMS data and generate dashboards and reports.
• Support purchase orders, invoices and financial recordkeeping.
