Job summary

Energizer Holdings is seeking a Supervisor, Workplace Operations to manage the full workplace services operation for about 160 employees at our Clayton, Missouri headquarters. You will oversee mailroom, retail store, food and beverage, hospitality, and security card administration, ensuring seamless daily operations and coverage.

You will lead a small team, set priorities, monitor service levels, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years in workplace services, inventory, hospitality, or facilities operations.
• Experience leading a small team or coordinating multiple functions.
• Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting templates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mailroom, retail store, food & beverage, hospitality, and security card administration for ~160 employees.
• Set daily coverage, manage priorities, and ensure backup coverage for peak periods.
• Lead and mentor the Workplace Operations Coordinator; define responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Manage property coverage, meeting room setup, and workplace readiness.
• Develop and monitor weekly/monthly operational reports and KPI performance.
• Coordinate budgets, vendor invoices, and routine service tracking.
