Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Supervisor, Workplace Operations to oversee the full workplace services operation for about 160 employees. This on-site role at Energizer's Clayton, Missouri headquarters runs Mon-Fri 8-5, ensuring smooth mail, retail, food and beverage, security badge administration, and property coordination.

You'll lead a small team, optimize coverage, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement through precise reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in workplace services, inventory management, mail services, hospitality, retail, facilities, property coordination, or office services operations.
• Prior Lead, Supervisor, or People Management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting templates, POS systems, inventory tools, mail tracking tools, work order systems, or similar platforms.
• Independent thinker with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operating model for mailroom, retail store, food & beverage, hospitality, workplace readiness, security card administration, and property coordination for a 160-person workplace.
• Set daily coverage expectations, assign priorities, monitor service gaps, and ensure backup coverage for absences and events.
• Lead, train, and mentor the Coordinator, Workplace Operations and manage escalation paths.
• Create and review weekly/monthly operational reporting for KPIs, inventory, budget, and service performance.
• Oversee payroll, vendor follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
