Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace services or related operations.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operating model for mailroom, retail, food/beverage, hospitality, security, and property.
• Set coverage expectations and ensure backup coverage for absences, peaks, events.
• Lead and mentor the Workplace Operations Coordinator and establish escalation paths.
• Maintain a clear responsibility model with owners, backups, and escalation.
• Manage mailroom operations, packages, couriers, and reporting.
• Oversee retail store operations, merchandising, inventory, POS, and reporting.
• Manage food, beverage, pantry, and hospitality supply program.
• Oversee security badge administration and occupancy reports.
• Track property readiness, maintenance requests, and service issues.
• Create weekly/monthly operational reporting and KPI analysis.
