Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate interior design projects.

• Excellent design, rendering, and CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design phases for interiors projects and establish the vision.
• Direct staff to complete design and technical drawing.
• Review design and technical drawing of other designers.
• Review engineering drawings for design solution compliance.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve drawing inconsistencies.
• Research and select fixtures and finishes for projects.
• Obtain client approval and integrate into the design.
• Produce and finalize space plans for projects.
• Develop design details and furniture packages.
• Manage and mentor other designers; oversee tasks and provide feedback.
