Job summary

YipitData is seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our NYC headquarters and satellite offices.

You'll own facilities management, vendor relations, space planning, and health and safety compliance while driving process improvements to support a fast-growing tech environment and hybrid work model. You will collaborate across People Ops, IT, and Finance and track KPIs to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Proactive problem-solver with ownership.
• Experience with vendor management and contracts.
• Project management experience with office moves or buildouts.
• Strong organizational skills and process documentation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire codes, and ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of NYC HQ and hub offices.
• Source, negotiate, and manage facilities vendors; track spend.
• Plan office layouts and workspace reconfigurations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance workplace experience.
• Ensure safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Lead workplace projects end-to-end with timelines and budgets.
• Develop SOPs and leverage tech for efficiency.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and Finance.
• Track KPIs and present insights to leadership.
