Job summary

GoodRx is seeking a strategic, people‑first leader to oversee operations at our New York hub. You will manage daily site operations, including access control, food programs, and events, while partnering with local and executive leaders to align space, service, and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in workplace operations or related field.
• Proficient in Google Workspace with working knowledge of multiple tools (ServiceNow, Slack, Envoy, Canva, Workday).
• Excellent communication with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing office logistics, vendor relations, and events onsite.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and negotiate vendors; full‑time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the New York hub with high standards for maintenance, mail, access, and services.
• Own the on-site employee experience, activations, food programs, vendor performance, and events.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to coordinate services and streamline processes.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor management for maintenance, cleaning, food, and other workplace functions.
• Support space planning, seating logistics, and hybrid/work growth models while managing budgets.
