Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda in New York seeks a Workplace Experience Program Specialist to own employee events and experience initiatives end-to-end, partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end event planning, budget control, vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and developing playbooks to improve US-based programming.

We expect 4–6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record delivering events on time, on brand, and on budget.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for employee experience and ability to operate independently across a varied portfolio.
• At least 4–6 years of experience including ownership of large-scale events or employee experience programs.
• Proven track record delivering events and programs from concept through completion—on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Strategic thinker who can move between vision and execution without losing either.
• Strong stakeholder manager: shapes briefs, manages leadership expectations, advocates for employee experience.
• Comfortable developing playbooks, processes, and standards for personal work and for global team contributions.
• Deep knowledge of event production: vendor markets, technical production, and logistics.
• Self-directed and adaptable; comfortable owning the full delivery chain independently.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned events end-to-end from brief to delivery and post-event wrap.
• Deliver cross-country US employee events and programs with executive partnership.
• Build project plans, run-of-show documents, and risk plans for complex events.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and on-site relationships.
• Oversee budget forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate facilities, IT, People team, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance across all event-related procurement; implement global standards where applicable.
• Produce post-event reports and learnings to inform future investments.
