• Manage global mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding in the assigned geography.
• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate risks affecting relocation or start dates.
• Support local People Operations compliance requirements and documentation.
• Provide onboarding support and Day 1 logistics for new hires.
