Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Director of Integrated Facilities Management & Workplace Experience to lead end-to-end site operations at Mountain View, CA. You will drive operational rigor, hospitality-led culture and strategic client partnerships across a senior leadership audience.

You will manage critical facilities systems, optimize budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service, safety, and employee experience in a fast-paced tech campus

Qualifications

• 10+ years in integrated facilities management or related leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary facilities and guest services teams.
• Strong financial accountability with multi-million dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site operations, events, engineering, reception and related teams.
• Drive workplace experience through hospitality-first mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Coordinate with partner programs to unify services and reduce silos.
• Lead moves, space transitions and activation readiness with Space Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and risk policies and business continuity.
