Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Architect to lead architectural planning, space design, and technical execution of office and lab environments from concept through construction documentation. You'll own workplace programming, test fits, CAD drawings, and cross-functional coordination to scale our real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
5-8+ years in commercial architecture/workspace design.
Experience leading projects from concept through construction administration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.

Responsibilities

Lead programming, test fits, space planning, and floor plan development for offices and labs.
Produce and maintain complete drawing sets and construction documents.
Establish and maintain design standards and templates across portfolio.
Build and scale the Workplace Design function including hiring and mentoring.
