Arcadis in New York is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the technical development of workplace interiors. You will sign and seal drawings as the licensed professional, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and design intent.

You will bring 8–10 years of interior architecture experience, a professional architecture degree, and strong Revit skills to manage complex tenant interiors and office projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in interior architecture and workplace design.
• Professional degree in Architecture with an active architectural license.
• Strong workplace project experience, including tenant interiors and commercial offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and delivery of workplace architecture and interiors projects.
• Sign and seal drawings as the licensed professional where required.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants and clients to ensure technical quality and design intent.
