Qualifications

• Candidates must have a BS in Architecture.
• Must hold an architectural license.
• Experience in design of office and workplace projects.
• Familiarity with Mixed-Use and highrise buildings.
• Knowledge of LEED and WELL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design phase activities and coordination.
• Assist with proposals and develop design concepts.
• Oversee consultants and ensure code compliance.
• Handle RFIs and site visits during construction.
• Maintain client relationships and manage communications.
