• Experience working with retail or frontline teams is highly preferred.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing Staffing and Scheduling strategy and evaluating store org charts.
• Support strategies to drive productivity and 4-wall profitability.
• Support Payroll Budget creation and management.
• Assist in communicating payroll performance to field and business partners.
• Extract and manage large data volumes, identify trends, and present findings with charts and tables.
• Create exception-based reporting tools and streamline processes.
• Use labor and payroll analysis tools to enhance scheduling through training materials.
• Respond to payroll and labor system questions and gather issues for resolution.
• Responsible for commission and bonus calculations, payout, and reporting.
• Project management across multiple deliverables with timelines and status reports.
• Provide high-level customer service to field and home office.
• Support KPI initiatives and documentation follow-up.
• Produce regular performance reports to define metrics.
