Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in strategic planning and profitable store operations. You will help analyze trends, educate the team on performance tools, and ensure a VIP customer experience aligned with the RL brand.

You will also lead talent development, recruit, coach, and drive inventory and store execution to meet shrink targets while upholding brand standards across the market.
