Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to generate weekly schedules for Table Games and Hospitality, analyze variances, and build optimization tools.

You will train junior analysts, support operational decisions using Virtual Roster data, forecast staffing needs, and ensure scheduling complies with labor laws.

The role requires 4–7+ years of experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office; casino industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7+ years industry/analytical/operational experience.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Understanding of change management and staffing requirements.
• Knowledge of state specific labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze staffing needs and create the most efficient weekly departmental schedules.
• Forecast and prepare work schedules to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare data-driven shift proposals for leadership review.
• Maintain records of staffing levels to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure compliance with labor laws.
