Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Finance Center of Excellence FP&A team. You will bring subject-matter expertise across gaming, hospitality, or labor to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that improve operations and revenue across multiple departments.

You will partner with senior leadership to analyze trends, build predictive models, and deliver clear presentations for management review, with a focus on accuracy, ethics, and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or a quantitative field.
• Knowledgeable in business intelligence and report writing tools (Workday, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
• Three to five years of current experience in gaming/hospitality FP&A or related role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models and predictive analytics to improve revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Interpret data trends and present actionable findings to executives and property leadership.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts within the FP&A team.
