Job summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager in Denver, CO. This hybrid, in-office role leads leadership development, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness consulting to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management with end-to-end ownership
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and facilitating blended leadership development programs
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of Rowan's leadership development programs across all levels
- Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development solutions
- Manage performance management framework, cycle, and calibration
- Own and evolve Rowan's career development strategy and framework
- Serve as internal team development consultant and diagnose organizational challenges
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into people and development solutions
- Lead or partner in vendor selection and ongoing relationship management
