CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning to lead core workforce planning, hiring governance, and reporting for G&A, ensuring staffing aligns with business priorities, forecasts, and operational needs.

You will drive planning discipline, strengthen governance, and partner with leadership to support reforecasting, workforce projects, and adoption of planning processes in a hybrid, US-based environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5-7+ years of workforce planning and headcount management experience.
3-5+ years of financial reforecasting and connecting staffing decisions to budget.
Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical skills.
Ability to translate workforce data into leadership insights.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce management projects for G&A.
Partner with ACS Workforce Management for system implementation and process adoption.
Identify issues and drive follow-through on actions.
Lead workforce planning reporting across hiring activity and timelines.
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable for leadership.
Drive planning discipline and governance routines across the leadership team.
Oversee bonus governance and visibility of open positions.
Support quarterly reforecasting and headcount justification.
Drive staffing model consistency and role alignment across teams.
