Qualifications

Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical/reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce management projects for G&A.
Oversee workforce planning reporting across hiring activity, SRC timelines, overtime, per diem, and hiring crosswalks.
Lead governance for OPS bonus administration and visibility of open positions.
Support quarterly financial reforecasting and headcount rationale.
Drive staffing model consistency and leadership alignment across teams.
