Job summary

Responsibilities include forecasting staffing needs, reporting to physician leadership, and guiding operational workforce management with a focus on automation and efficiency. The role requires 6+ years in workforce management, expertise with Verint WFM, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workforce Management experience including forecasting and tactical planning.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word capabilities for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and ability to share insights with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting complex healthcare operations and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform short- and mid-range forecasting for staffing needs using real-time data.
• Manage daily case assignment, inventory distribution, and workload trends.
• Create reports for Physician Leadership and Medical Directors (productivity, handle times).
• Translate workforce data into insights for leadership; balance day-to-day and long-term planning.
• Oversee scheduling, absence management, and policy compliance; identify efficiencies.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions to meet immediate and future goals.
